This is going to be a Christmas this family won't forget for a while and not in a good way. A 5-year-old Lakewood boy was playing his Christmas gift which was a used Nintendo 3DS when he asked his brother for help on removing some photos that were on the system. The problem with the photos is that they were of the saucy kind.   The dad found out about the photos on the used device and called Gamestop, where he had purchased it and they immediately apologized and gave the kid a new system and some games. Gamestop which is known for trading games issued this statement,

"GameStop is currently researching this situation. We have a rigorous quality control process in place to ensure that existing content is removed from all devices before they are re-sold. Out of millions of transactions each year, ones like this happen very rarely. Our number one priority is to make this right for our customer."
