Colorado Celebrates 1st Day of Summer With… How Much Snow?
A couple feet too many. That's how much. According to CNN, over the weekend (the first weekend of summer, that is), parts of Colorado got about two feet of snow.
Along the Front Range in NoCo, we only got cool weather and rain, and parts of Larimer County to the west were in Winter Weather Advisory for the weekend.

But, up in the high country, it was straight up winter.
'Snow began to fall Friday just west of Denver at elevations above 7,000 feet...Steamboat Springs saw 20 inches of snow on Friday, according to CNN affiliate KCNC in Denver,' CNN reported.
'Snow this late in the year is very rare, the last time it was seen in the area was June 17, 1928,' @get.waste.ed posted on Instagram.
