C’mon, Read The Sign!- Missing the Obvious

A visit to the downtown Fort Collins Main Library, that is undergoing a huge remodel, brought me to this sign. The rider of the gray bike pulled up while I was standing there, he never even noticed the sign.  There were bike racks with empty space about 10 feet away.  It made me wonder how many obvious signs I've missed in my life.
