The City of Loveland is suspending all utility service shut-offs for residents with delinquent utility accounts through March 27.

According to a press release from the city, the decision was made "in recognition of circumstances presented by the current COVID-19 public health emergency."

The change will be continuously reevaluated after March 27.

The city's offices are currently closed to the public until that date, but utility customers can still access information or call customer service at (970)-962-2111 during normal business hours.

Customers can still make utility payments by mail, online here, or by dropping their payment off at a box located in the south side vestibule of the Municipal Building Annex (500 E. Third Street).
