Chick-Fil-A Lands at Top of Customer Satisfaction Survey
For the fourth year in a row Chick-Fil-A has landed at the top of the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
Taken from the input of nearly 23,000 customers on a scale of 1 through 100 the fried chicken restaurant crossed the finish line with an 87. Panera Bread landed at the number 2 spot with 81 points.
Last on the list is McDonald's who came in with a 69 has earned the lowest score two years in a row.
