Check Out Beano With Matt Smith On Doctor Who

I'm famous!

Well, at least my name is...

A friend had told me that 'Beano' was featured in a 7th season episode of Doctor Who and I was on the lookout for it. Sure enough, ten-seconds into the episode "The Rings of Akhenaten," there is The Doctor (Played by Matt Smith) reading an issue of ' The Beano.'

Now, a lot of people here in the states have never heard of The Beano, but it is a British comic strip that has been around since 1938. In the episode The Doctor was reading the 1981 Summer Special of The Beano and now my nickname will be forever etched in the Whovian archives.
