Cannibal Cop Arrested By FBI

Ok, as soon as we can live on the moon or Mars or something, I am outta here! The world is just getting too crazy to handle! A NYPD cop was arrested and charged with plotting to find women using the law enforcement database to kidnap, torture, and "slow cook" and then eat his victims.  The 28-year-old cop is accused of using the high-tech equipment to track his female victims while plotting to kidnap them, rape them and kill them.

He had over 100 folders of potential victims with all of their information on file. He wasn't alone on this either. He would have talks with a co-conspirer about their plans and one thing that he wrote was:

“I was thinking of tying her body onto some kind of apparatus . . . cook her over a low heat and keep her alive as long as possible,”
