Two arrests have been made in the Boulder shooting that occurred Friday morning.

At 8:15 a.m., Boulder County Communications received a 911 call about shots fired at 4475 North Broadway in Boulder. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found a 31-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and was later pronounced dead.

Through investigation and interviews, the Boulder County Sheriff's Office made 2 arrests associated with this case.

Cody F. Nelson, 51, was arrested for murder in the first degree, a Class I felony, and prohibited use of a weapon. Miriam L. Nayeh, 31, was arrested for accessory to murder in the first degree, a class IV felony, and domestic violence.

Both arrestees were transported to the Boulder County Jail, and the investigation into this case will be ongoing by the BCSO and District Attorney's Office.
