UPDATE: Body Found in Southeast Fort Collins Has Been Identified

Officials are reporting this afternoon that the body found yesterday afternoon is that of the 64-year-old man with dementia that has been missing for more than a week.

Body Found in Southeast Fort Collins

The body of George Gosden was found in a field in Fort Collins yesterday afternoon, he had been missing since July 5, 2014. It is believed that he died July 6, 2014 of exposure.

A person in the area reported finding the body around 4 p.m. Monday afternoon. Gosden was found in the 6100 block of Ziegler Road in unincorporated Larimer County.
