The grand opening of the new Anheuser-Busch Brewery Biergarten is this Friday (December 5) from 5 to 8 p.m., and you can enjoy their first "Fire Pit Friday." These family friendly events will include fire pits and outdoor heaters, live bands, free s'mores and of course beer. The s'mores are complimentary with a donation of a non-perishable food item to the Larimer County Food Bank.

The new biergarten and restaurant is located at the Fort Collins brewery and will pour thirty different beer over two bars. Many of the beer that will be featured are of the "craft" variety that are owned by Anheuser-Bush. Along with their "Fire Pit Friday's," they will provide a beer school, offering lessons in tasting, along with daily four-course lunches and a restaurant that highlights how to cook with beer. With the beer culture becoming more and more like the wine culture, people are interested in how beer cannot only be used for cooking, but also how each beer is best paired with different foods. This new facility will offer a large range of options for the customer to expand their knowledge and experiences.
