Why does this never happen to me when I go to the bank?

This guy learned the hard way not to sleep at work. A bank teller in Germany was in the middle of transferring about $85.26 to a client when he fell asleep with his finger on the 2. With his finger on the 2 he instead transferred 222,222,222.222 euros which is $295,133,333.33 into the account.

The supervisor missed the error and allowed the transaction to go through and in doing so got fired for not verifying her work but was later reinstated after a ruling in labor court said she should have been reprimanded.

No word on the clerk that fell asleep.
