The Avery Center Viennese Ball Raising Funds to Support Sex Trafficking Victims
A local event with an admirable and enormous cause.
The Avery Center is set to host their third annual Twelfth Night Ball this Saturday, Jan. 8, with all proceeds going to provide research and relief support for sex trafficking victims.
The Viennese Ball is planned as the culmination of the fundraiser, though The Avery Center has been raising funds through ticket sales and social media campaigns continuing through Saturday night's events towards the cause to end sex trafficking.
Those both attending and not attending the ball have had the opportunity since November to assist in additional fundraising efforts through social media.
The Avery Center will also be rewarding and acknowledging their Top Five Fundraisers in the form of a drawing for a "Night of Royalty".
Attendees of the event will have the opportunity to meet the researchers and volunteers that their fundraising has supported in helping with the cause.
Whether you already have tickets to the ball, or simply want to help in the fundraising efforts between now and Jan. 8, you can find all of the information about the event and cause on The Avery Center's website.
