The story of Chris Brown's possibly falsified community service records took another turn today when TMZ reported that Richmond, Va. Police Chief Bryan Norwood, who verified Brown's hours of community service, has now resigned.

TMZ is reporting that someone from Chris Brown's entourage threatened to shoot Frank Ocean and called him a homophobic slur during their Jan. 27 scuffle. But despite the serious nature of the new details, the case is now closed, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
