Another Cluster of Spiders

Why is this now a thing? I have never even heard of spiders doing this and now there is another video showing what can only be described as a nightmare.

I'm not afraid of spiders but this gives me the heebie jeebies.

The creepy thing about this video and the other one is the fact that they just look like grass or mold. Not like a freakish ball of spiders all clumped together.
