All-Reindeer Menu For Christmas

On Donner, on Blitzen on Comet on Cupid…just in time for the holidays an Arizona restaurant is offering a special all-reindeer menu. (Technically its North American caribou, but they are the same thing as reindeer they just live in a different place).

The restaurant is called Cafe Boa in Tempe, Arizona. They’ve made headlines in the past for offering things like and all-rabbit menu for Easter.

I have a feeling I won’t be making the trek to taste Santa’s sleigh team, I don’t think I’m classy enough for any of it to sound appealing. Here are a few tidbits from menu selections:

Caribou tartare gilded with pickled quail egg and caribou tongue bruschetta with pickled watermelon radish and horseradish cream.

I bet Rudolph isn’t ad he missed out on those reindeer games!
