A Massive Wedding With 25,000 Guests

And here I thought 150 guests for my wedding was a lot of people.

The wedding between Shalom Rokeach and Hannah Batya Penet happened in Jerusalem and it had a whopping 25,000 guests. Why so many people? Rokeach is a descendant of a wealthy dynasty with ties in the Jewish Community, so that is a big reason why there were so many in attendance. Streets were closed and people were even watching the nuptials on video screens.

The festivities lasted until dawn.
