86-Year-Old is the Oldest Gymnast [VIDEO]

How cool is this old lady?

Her name is Johanna Quaas, she is 86 and she holds the record for being the oldest gymnast.  She didn't start doing gymnastics until she was 30! She has some serious moves too! She is a multiple senior champion in Germany and she isn't showing any signs of stopping.

I hope that I can still move like that when I am that age.
