8-Year-Old Who Was Given Botox Injections by Her Mother Removed From Home

Sometimes there is justice in the world. If you remember the story that we covered a few days ago about the mom who gave botox to her 8 year old daughter, then you will be happy to know that ABC News is reporting that Britney Campbell, has been removed from her home.

Britney's mother, Kerry Campbell, is currently being investigated by Child Protective Services. Britney is said to be "doing well," according to 'Good Morning America' correspondent Lara Spencer.

"I've spoken with someone very close to the case, she is out of her mother's home. She's doing well," Spencer said (via StyleList). The case is under investigation by CPS and we should have new details within a week. But the main thing here -- she's doing well."

I think that one of the things that made this possible was the fact that there was a huge outcry against the mother and her stupidity. I'd like to think that we helped by voicing our opinion and calling out the mother for her stupidity. It is nice to see something good happen when people cry out against something bad.

Spencer interviewed the mother-daughter pair last week on 'Good Morning America.' San Francisco Child Welfare Services began investigating the case one day later.
