44 Puppies Seized from Colorado Pet Store Being Auctioned Off
44 puppies and other animals saved from an Aurora pet store are being auctioned off online.
44 puppies, 24 mice, nine hamsters and six rabbits are currently available, with the auction ending on Friday, March 27.
See the FULL LIST of available animals here.
All participants who wish to bid for a new pet will undergo a background check for animal abuse, with anyone coming back with a conviction barred from participating.
Bidding is currently open until Friday at 4 p.m.
COVID-19 has caused the auction to adjust the way they do business. Unfortunately, bidders will not be allowed to physically see the animals in-person before the close of the auction on Friday. Winners can pick up their new family members at the Aurora Animal Shelter on Sunday. Only one person will be allowed into the shelter at a time.
