2012 Colorado Corn Mazes In The Fort Collins Area Now Open
Are you itching to go get lost in a corn maze? Well, there are at least five of them within a quick drive from anywhere in Fort Collins. And most of them offer haunted and non-haunted mazes. Fritzler Corn Maze
West of HWY 85 in LaSalleThe Fritzler Corn Maze is open September 15th through October 31st, 2012. September Hours: Fridays (Starting 9/28) 5pm-10pm, Saturdays 11am-10pm (No haunting until September 29th), Sundays Noon-6pm (No haunting). October Hours: Wednesdays & Thursdays (Starting 10/10) 5pm-9pm, Fridays 5pm-10pm, Saturdays 11am-10pm, Sundays Noon-6pm (No haunting). The Fritzler Maze started back in 2000 and designed this year's maze after Broncos QB Peyton Manning. They offer two phases of corn mazes, an ATV mini roller coaster barrel train, go-carts, pillow jumps, corn/pumpkin cannons, the corn box, concessions and a pumpkin patch.
Northern Colorado Corn Maze
East of I-25, between Prospect and HarmonyNorthern Colorado Corn Maze operates from Oct 5th through 31st, the haunting begins at dusk. Hours: Sundays and Thursdays 11am-10pm. Fridays and Saturdays 11am-Midnight. they also offer a pumpkin patch, season decoration market, inflatables, petting zoo, corn and pumpkin chuckers, pedal cars, trick or treat, catapult and a covered picnic area.
Something From The Farm
Just south of HWY 392/Carpenter Road, West of TimberlineSomething From The Farm offers three corn mazes and over three miles worth of trails. It is open September 14th-October 31st. They have varied hours, but are open Fridays through Sundays until October 4th, and then open seven days a week until Halloween. They also offer a pumpkin patch, hayrides, a hayground, and concessions.
Harvest Farm Fall Festival
West of I-25 in WellingtonHarvest Farm Fall Festival is open Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays, October 5th-October 28th. Hours of Operation Fridays: 10am-9pm Saturdays: 10am-9pm Sundays: noon-7pm They boast a 10-acre corn maze designed to celebrate the Fall Festival’s 10th anniversary. they also have; a petting zoo, pumpkin patch, corn cannons, hay ride, children's playground, pumpkin smash, hay bale maze, corn box wagons, roping steers, barrel train, evening campfire, and concessions.
The Pumpkin Patch at Bartels Farm
On Douglas Road, between Fort Collins and Wellington.The Pumpkin Patch at Bartels Farm is open September 17th-October 31 from 10AM-6PM. They also have hay rides, a pumpkin patch, punkin chunkin, farm animals, kids’ mini straw maze, and a seasonal decorations for sale.
