13-Year-Old Drunk Driver Leads Police On Car Chase

Iowa police were led on a chase by a drunk driver...who was only 13-years-old!

According to 9News, the Iowa teen was arrested at gunpoint and charged with OWI, reckless driving, eluding and driving without a license.

The teen was first spotted driving recklessly with a flat tire just before 2AM. This kid (keep in mind her was 13) was drunk, speeding through a construction zone, hit multiple construction barriers, and ran into a tree.

How a 13-year-old accomplishes all of this is a mystery to me, I'm pretty sure I thought I was being pretty brash when I rode my bike down the steep dirt hills at 13.
