In one of the most horrific crimes to happen to a state that is, unfortunately, no stranger to horrific crimes, the Boulder County District Attorney is revealing what charges will be levied against the alleged perpetrator.

Apparently, she won't be charge with murder. Rather, the expectation is that charges of unlawfully terminating a pregnancy will probably be one of the charges, with others expected as well.

The victim of the attack is recovering, but her baby died the day of the attack. The ability to bring a murder charge hinges on whether or not the child breathed and lived outside the womb for any period of time.
