Windsor Residents: Your Water Bill Is Going Up

If you happen to live in the town of Windsor, be prepared to see a price increase to your utility bill come March 1st. A price increase on the cost of water is expected to be around 5% starting on February 1st.

The monthly base rate for water will stay at $14.81 and the increase will come at a breakdown of tiers based on usage for monthly rates.

The tiered system shows three separate pricings:

1 - Up to 16,000 gallons will be $4.05 per 1,000 gallons

2 - 16,001 to 22,500 gallons will be $6.05 per 1,000 gallons

3 - 22,500 gallons and up will be $9.01 per 1,000 gallons
