The Colorado Rockies home opener at Coors Field is Friday, April 6 against the Atlanta Braves. The game starts at 2:10 p.m. if it happens at all. The weather is expected to be questionable at best. I wouldn't be surprised if the game is postponed for rain and snow.
According to the National Weather Service for Denver on Friday:
A chance of rain showers before 1pm, then a chance of rain and snow showers between 1pm and 3pm, then a chance of snow showers after 3pm. Cloudy, with a high near 43. West wind 6 to 11 mph becoming northeast in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
