Where Are Summer Farmers Markets In Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor and Greeley?

Farmers Markets can be a great place to find local produce. People that go to them seem to always know when and where they happen, but if you're new to the Farmers Market world and you'd like an easier way to find one than driving around looking for a sign-holder, here you go.
