The Denver Broncos are no strangers to making free agency news in the NFL, but Peyton Manning will have a new target next season after signing former New England Patriots wideout, Wes Welker.According to 9News,Welker is the first person in league history to catch 110 or more passes in five different seasons. He has averaged 112 catcher per year in his last six season in New England.

Welcome to Colorado Wes, we hope  you enjoy our bounty of fine craft beers.

Welker will join Eric Decker and Demaryius Thomas on the Broncos' receiving squad. I wonder if this means that Brandon Stokley won't be coming back? (He is a free agent this year.)

Here are a few highlights from Welker's career, just so you can see what the Broncos are getting.

What do you think, good move for Denver?

You can follow Wes on Twitter and Facebook, if you're into that sort of thing.
