Two Colorado State University football players have been invited to show off their skills at the upcoming 2017 NFL Combine

Linebacker, Kevin Davis, and former CSU punter Hayden Hunt have both been given the opportunity to participate in this prestigious scouting event, which will be taking place February 28 through March 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. For the past two seasons, Davis was the team's leading tackler and Hunt, a two-time Ray Guy Award semifinalist and 2015 All-American, is one of the most recognized punters in the history of the Rams football program. This is the fourth season in a row that CSU has had players take part in the NFL Combine.

Over 300 college football players will be present at the Combine, performing physical and mental tests in front of National Football League coaches, general managers, and scouts, in preparation for the draft. Football fans can watch Davis and the other linebackers perform on-field workouts, including the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, three-cone drill and shuttle run, broad jump, and bench press on the NFL Network on March 5. Portions of the on-field workouts for special teams, featuring CSU's Hayden Hunt, will air on March 3 on the same network.

The 2017 NFL Draft happens April 27-29 – good luck boys!
