Truck Driver Killed in Collision With Cow in Weld County

A Brighton man was killed in a crash after his semi-truck hit a cow, causing it to rollover near Colo. 52 and Weld County Road 85 south of Roggen.

41-year-old Scott Neal, 41, of Brighton, was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash is still under investigation.

According to the Greeley Tribune, Neal’s death is the seventh traffic-related fatality this month and the 42nd on Weld roads this year.
