Top Northern Colorado Food Trucks in 2016

Northern Colorado may be known for the great breweries that dot the landscape, but we should also be known for the amazing food trucks that set up shop as well.

This was the first year since I moved to Colorado that I made it a mission of mine to try as many food trucks as I could to see what each one served up to the public.

As I wrap up 2016, I'm reminded how lucky we are to live in such a diverse area where the offerings we are able to take advantage of each day are much more than what many areas of the country have access to.

The amount of food trucks that we have in Northern Colorado is definitely one of those!

This is where we open up the opinion to YOU, and all of Northern Colorado. Think about all the food trucks that you ordered from in 2016. Which ones stand out to you as being the best?
