Hats off to Bohemian Nights, the organization who brings us New West Fest, but first kicks off a free, local concert series on Old Town Square in Fort Collins, that they call Thursday Night Live!

It will start back up May 31st and run weekly through August 2nd.  The shows are for all ages.

Genres of the performances range between honky-tonk, indie, Americana, rockabilly/swing, Tejano, singer-songwriter, rock/pop, bluegrass, hip-hop, world, and soul/R&B.  The schedule and band info are here.

While you don't need a ticket to get in, there are some "guidelines" that the organizers are hoping attendees will abide by to ensure it continues to be a good time for everyone:

  • Bringing your dog is strongly discouraged, both for the good of the dog and others in the crowd.
  • Please, no coolers.
  • Remember smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited outdoors in Old Town.  Illegal drugs and weapons are, too.

Photography is fine, however.  So is bringing a lawn chair.

If you want to know how they pick the bands, and/or if yours can perform at an event, you can email info@bohemiannights.org.
