The Killers’ Sax Player Tommy Marth Commits Suicide

The Killers announced the loss of their saxophonist and friend on Twitter, expressing their grief with a brief but moving message stating “Last night we lost our friend Thomas Marth. Our prayers are with his family.There’s a light missing in Las Vegas tonight. Travel well, Tommy”. 

E! Online reports that Clark County Coroner’s Office in Las Vegas confirmed that the 33-year-old’s body was found in his home on Monday morning, the result of a suicide. The details surrounding the actual cause of death have yet to be reported.
