It's going to be hard to forget this Fort Collins festival for a long time, and it's not just because of the amazing food and music.

The Nature's Harvest bread company surprised everyone by handing out free loaves of bread on Saturday and Sunday, June 13 and 14, of which the Taste of Fort Collins festival-goers went nuts for.  Rather than saving that bread for later or providing it to the homeless population in town, most of that bread ended up on stage in Civic Center Park.

The bread wasn't the only memorable thing about this year's Taste of Fort Collins, however.  Bands like Kerry Pastine and the Crime Scenes and Aspen Hourglass took over the Peterson Toyota Stage right before Atlas Genius went on and impressed everyone with their incredible lyrics and high-paced sound.

Tons of restaurants and vendors also came out to show their cooking prowess on the crowded streets of FoCo.  There were s'mores on a stick, chicken and waffles, cold beer and so much more featured in the food aisles.  The People's Choice Award for best restaurant went to Tom + Chee, a local grilled cheese restaurant featuring their grilled cheese donuts.

The 14ers, Von Stomper and more took the stage on Sunday before thousands showed up to watch Smash Mouth, whose lead singer came on and, well...closed the show with a bang.

However, the Taste of Fort Collins was so much more than a Steve Harwell freak-out, and you can see why by checking out all of the photos from the event below.  Check out the size of those crowds!
