Target Pulls Creepy Clown Masks from Shelves
If you want to go as a clown for Halloween, don't expect to find a clown mask at Target.
Target has announced today they will stop selling creepy clown masks because of the numerous creepy clown sightings that have taken over the country.
The masks are no longer available online or in the stores. Target's spokesman Joshua Thomas said they made the decision out of “sensitivity to the issue at hand." You will still be able to find clown costumes and less creepy masks in stores.
The decision comes one week after McDonald's announced that Ronald McDonald would be flying under the radar until the creepy clown thing blows over.
No other retailers have commented on the sales of creepy clown masks but the retail store Halloween Express told Eye Opener TV that sales of clown masks are up 300% since last year.
