Looks like we are about to pay for the warm weather that we felt when the calendar turned to the month of November. Mother Nature has taken the weather back in her control!
Denver International Airport is beginning to understand that standing in long TSA wait lines or sitting around doing nothing during a layover is an awful experience (or worse - 12+ hour delays). To make it a little more fun for all visitors and travelers, they'll be putting in an ice skating rink for us to skate our winter travel blues away.
This years fall weather gave visitors to Rocky Mountain National Park an extended opportunity to take Trail Ridge Road. With the highest paved road in any national park in the country, Trail Ridge Road reaches elevations over 12,000 feet.
KDVR has reported that Trail Ridge Road is now closed for the season...
Colorado snow should fall any day now (hopefully...). When it does, we want to be outfitted with the coolest, most badass (and cutest) snow tubes around.
