Cold and Flu season is really bad this year. Wash your hands. The media is stirring up even more panic than usual. The flu(Influenza) and now the Norovirus(throwing up and diarrhea) are worse than usual and both highly contagious.

This video is intense. It is security footage of what appears to be in front of a department store where a guy is walking back and forth looking for a victim. A mother and her daughter get out of a vehicle and the man approaches wielding what looks to be a knife and the woman flees leaving behind her 4-year old daughter.

It's time for Baby Animal Days at Plumb Farm in Greeley. This is such a sweet and fun event to take kids to, or just to go enjoy the sweetness of baby animals. It only last for two weeks, April 9th - April 21st. Families are invited to the farm to see such animals as llamas, alpacas, goats, lambs, cows, horses, pigs, rabbits, chicks and ducks. Mothers accompany the babies that are not yet weaned.

Actress Alicia Silverstone is an actress, environmentalist, a vegan and a mom to son Bear Blu. She has recently raised quite the discussion by posting this video of her chewing her sons food for him, on her website The Kind Life.  This honestly does not freak me out as much as it may others.
