As expected, Anne Hathaway won the Best Supporting Actress award at the 2013 Golden Globes for her performance in 'Les Miserables.' Does this mean she's a shoo-in for an Oscar win?
Back in 2002, I was lucky enough to be in one of the first productions of Les Miserables to be done at a high school level. From the first day of rehearsals, I loved the show. The music, the power, the emotion; it's overwhelming at times. So I've been pretty excited about the upcoming film adaptation of the musical, starring Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway (among several other big names).
