Lady Gaga married the night on daytime TV today, performing her latest single ‘Marry the Night’ as a pink tutu-wearing ballerina. In the interview clip, Gaga said the song is about marrying the obstacles in your life and being proud of them. Well, she certainly embraced the obstacle of balancing on a pair of platform ballerina toe shoes that made her at least a foot taller!
It was a typical day at the office for Ellen DeGeneres when Lady Gaga sat down for a chat on her namesake show. In a preview of Gaga’s interview, which airs on Friday, Dec. 9, the ‘Marry the Night’ singer looks like an edgy Christmas angel, with bows on her head, silver glitter eyebrows, black mesh top and black leather skirt. She mixed materials once again, and spoke about acting and fueling herself with alcohol in order to sign her tax return.
Lady Gaga is ambitious. We know this already, since she scratched and clawed her way out of the Lower East Side to ascend into the pop stratosphere, breaking a lot of dagger-shaped nails in the process. But now she’s riding high and is the biggest pop star on earth. That’s why the rumor that she is planning a record-breaking, 450-date global tour doesn’t shock us! It’s typical of Gaga to plan a tour that’s bigger than the towering stiletto heels she is known for wearing.
Lady Gaga is reportedly opening and closing tonight’s Grammy nominations concert, which airs at 10PM ET on CBS. Double duty is nothing new for Gaga. She often performs best when under pressure like that and a dual dose of her singing and dancing is something for which all little monsters will happily stay up past their bedtime.
While most of you are likely engaged in a mad dash to pick up all the last minute items you need to prepare a delicious Thanksgiving meal for this coming Thursday, Lady Gaga is helping to further ramp up excitement for Turkey Day — or Tofurkey Day if you have alternate eating habits! She released a promo from her upcoming ‘A Very Gaga Thanksgiving‘ special, which will air Thursday night, and it looks like it’s going to be a good one.

Many of music’s hottest stars traveled over the pond on Thursday (Nov. 17) to help disadvantaged kids at the BBC Children in Need Rocks Manchester event. Superstars Lady Gaga, Kelly Rowland, Jessie J, Michael Buble and Coldplay were among those in attendance, in addition to the organization’s bright yellow mascot, Pudsey Bear, who kindly posed for photos with pop’s greatest.
Lady Gaga is once again being recognized for her support and kindness towards the LGBTQ community. The “Q” is for “questioning,” in case you weren’t familiar with what it stands for, since it’s newly added to the LGBT tag. Gaga will be honored with the Trevor Hero Award, courtesy of The Trevor Project, on Dec. 4.
When you gotta go, you gotta go! Lady Gaga admitted to British TV host Alan Carr on his ‘Alan Carr: Chatty Man’ program, which airs this Sunday (Nov. 20), that her elaborate and restrictive stage costumes make it quite difficult for her to relieve herself while performing so she has resorted to peeing in trash cans.
