It's National Fruitcake Day, what the heck is fruitcake? Wikipedia says "Fruitcake is a cake made with chopped candied fruit and/or dried fruit, nuts, and spices, and (optionally) soaked in spirits." All those things sound okay, but I have never even thought about eating a piece. A recent study shows that one-third (1/3) of fruitcakes sold every year are never eaten. Who is this 2/3 tha
