Drunk drivers were on my mind today after reading about a man who drove drunk to pick up his buddy that was arrested for DUI. It got me wondering, how many drunk driving fatalities happen on the roads here in Larimer County? I think Weld County might be getting the finger of shame for how many fatalities they had, read on to see just how many there were in each county.

We have all been excited about certain things to the point of giving some random person a high-five, but a cop that pulls you over? A Pennsylvania man not only thanked the cop that pulled him over for driving without his headlights, but he also tried to give him a high-five.

I can't believe how stupid people are.  A 25-year-old man in Ohio was not only driving drunk, when he got pulled over he took a drink in front of the cop. Idiot!

The last thing you want to start off 2011 with is ruining your life (or someone else’s) with a drunken car wreck. Nor do you want to shell out $10,000 for a DUI. So be smart as you ring in the new year, because traffic officers will be working extra hard to keep us safe this weekend.
