Daily Dose of Weird

I always thought it would be cool to have a twin brother.  Having someone to be completely interchangeable with could definitely make for some entertaining antics.  But having an identical "partner in crime" gets a lot less fun when there's actual crime involved!

Of all the things to do with heavy machinery, this never came to my mind.

The headline to this one pretty much says it all: Vigilante crime fighters are patrolling the streets of San Diego.  So...awesome?

A month ago, I came across the story of Igor Vovkovinskiy, the tallest man in the US, and his quest to rid himself of constant pain by finding someone to make him a pair of shoes that actually fit.  If you missed that one, read it here.  This morning, I discovered a story from the Huffington Post about his continuing journey.

I don't know what's weirder: the fact this happened on camera, or the fact it happened at all!

Did you ever see The Hangover?  Hilarious, right?  Remember the part when they wake up in their hotel room to find a tiger, and no memory of how it got there?  Well, it seems some tourists in Australia experienced something similar after their drunken escapades.

If you've ever co-signed on a car for another person, you could be liable for their bad driving habits.  A loophole in Aurora traffic laws has a Loveland woman facing that exact problem.

This sounds like something straight out of "The X-Files."  A Seattle attorney claims that, as a child, he was part of a government time travel and teleportation experiment called "Project Pegasus."

When we think of someone being shot in the head, we think of them being a goner. Well, shame on us for stereotyping; because one man has proven that even those inflicted with a bullet in the cranium can live full lives.

Ever wonder what happens when sociopaths have too much time on their hands?  Apparently, something like this!

It's always a little creepy when weird stuff happens for no apparent reason.  For example, tens of thousands of fish dying in the same river all at once could definitely be considered at least a little weird.
