Collective Soul

The 18th Annual Taste of Fort Collins has wrapped up and what an event it was this year.

Nothing says summer is finally here in Northern Colorado like the Taste of Fort Collins weekend. No doubt one of the best festivals the area has to offer, this years Taste gets underway tonight, and the fun continues all weekend. However, of all the awesome stuff going on at the event, I must say I am most excited to see Saturday's headliners, Collective Soul!

One of my wife's favorite bands of all time is Collective Soul, so maybe this makes me giggle more than it should. But a cat, seemingly meowing-along with the 1993 hit 'Shine' was just what I needed to bring a smile to my face.

Collective Soul is one of the best live shows I have ever seen.  I crave the energy they create with their music.  Watch some of the others to see what I mean if this one doesn't do it for you.
