Edmonton Oilers' center Gilbert Brule could have sworn he saw U2 frontman Bono hitchhiking on the side of a Canadian road Tuesday. Kelsey Nichols, his girlfriend and the driver of the car that had allegedly just whizzed past the rock icon, had her doubts -- because why in the world would Bono be hitchhiking on the side of the road? But Brule insisted, and got Nichols to turn the car back around.

I never have considered U2 as a very "groovy" band. But apparently Bono thinks the fan's aren't  gifted groovy dancers. But it doesn't seem like their more "clubby" albums were as popular. You can see U2 at Invesco fields on May 21st. Tickets HERE
