The travel website TripAdvisor.com has released their list of the 10 quirkiest New Year’s Eve celebrations in the country. That giant light covered ball in Times Square just might not be the most exciting thing to drop while ringing in 2011.

It's that time of year where many of us will make resolutions. I don't normally make resolutions anymore, but this one caught my eye. Drinking water, instead of soda, could save you $1,100 a year and countless calories!

This is from a couple years ago, but the excitement is there.  Australia is one of the first country's to ring in the new year and they do it with such amazing style!!!
