SWAT Team Evicts Lady From Home in Colorado [VIDEO]

I can understand if you need to get someone out of their house, but using one SWAT team let alone two counties worth of SWAT teams might be a little much. This happened in Idaho Springs where a 63-year-old woman had to be dragged out of her house by the SWAT team. I know, why a SWAT team to evict an older lady? Well, its because there was also 2 dozen protesters there with her. The protesters were part of the Colorado Foreclosure Resistance Coalition and were there to support the woman and her choice not to vacate.

One of the main reason the SWAT was called in was because someone said that an individual had a gun on them. It turned out to be a BB gun, but no chances were taken.

No arrests were made and the lady is currently living with some friends. She said that she stayed in her home for the past 2-years even though it was under foreclosure because she was trying to fight the process in court.
