If you've been waiting for the announcement on when Sports Authority will start selling all of their merchandise at sales pricing, that time has come.

According to USA Today, the bankrupt sports retailer will launch all of it's sales this week in hopes of attracting shoppers looking for deals over Memorial Day weekend.

In court documents obtained by the newspaper, the retailers hopes to begin all sales this Friday and continue them until August when the stores will start to be shuttered for good.

The chain had 463 stores at the height of it's success, but all will be closed when the sales are completed. While Dick's Sporting Goods and Modell's have expressed interest in some of the locations, no purchase has come to fruition as of yet.

Sports Authority has locations throughout Northern Colorado, including two in Fort Collins, one in Greeley, and another in Longmont.

They had planned on opening a location at the new Foothills development in Fort Collins, and there has been no official word from mall management on the future of the space.
