This is insane!  After spending hours trying to understand all of the complex privacy settings on my Facebook account, I find out that even my most-private posts could be accessed by a potential employer or university!  The most recent trend among certain employers is to require that job applicants log into their Facebook and Twitter accounts right there in front of an interviewer and show him or her everything in the account.  Some employers and schools are even demanding an applicant's Facebook and Twitter passwords.  I don't know how you feel about this, but I find it an outrageous practice and hope that it fades away as fast as it's came about!   Click here to read all the dirty details from the folks at msnbc.com.
