Say “What!?”-Wyoming Student Fined for Stealing Doughnuts

You know when you are in a store and you are in the bakery section with the little section of doughnuts behind the glass taunting you. Don't ever eat one with out paying for it. A 19-year old college student learned that the hard way and is paying for the most expensive pastry he has ever had. He was in the local market and decided to snag a 79 cent pastry and eat it without paying for it. He was caught and charged with shop lifting and a $200 fine on top of court fees and the 79 cents to pay for the doughnut.
