Restaurant Adds Dirt To Menu For a Hefty Price

Have you ever looked at the ground and thought, "Man! That dirt looks delicious!" Maybe when you were younger right? A restaurant has taken the concept of "delicious" dirt and added it to their menu.The restaurant is in Japan and its whole menu features dirt. Potato starch and dirt soup, salad with dirt dressing, aspic with a layer of sediment, dirt risotto, and dirt ice cream and dirt gratin for dessert. Apparently it doesn't taste like dirt.

This isn't any cheap dirt either. $110 per person and the dirt is sourced and it is tested for safety and purity.
