Raw garlic has been known as a natural antibiotic and immune booster for centuries, they used it a lot during the world wars. This is just one of the many benefits of garlic. I have in the last couple years really been utilizing this natural method to avoid major sickness and the use of antibiotic. It's hard to eat raw garlic. It burns and doesn't go down easily. I have to eat it like I'm taking a shot of hard alcohol (I don't drink hard alcohol 'cause I love red wine). I have had major success. I typically press or chop 2-3 cloves and put it on buttered toast with a little salt and Italian Seasoning.
