Proposed Expansion in Poudre River District to Include Distillery, Retail Shops and Music Venue

A plan has been submitted by the founders of OtterBox for a 100,000 square foot expansion project for the Poudre River District in Fort Collins that would include a distillery, restaurant, meeting rooms, retail shops and a music venue. They are focusing on the location located at the southwest corner of Willow and Linden street.  According to the Coloradoan, with it's growing Distillery segment of the economy the plan is to make Fort Collins a "national destination."
